Obama's SAVEAward.gov
A great usage of social power isn't it? Obama asks the federal employees to give ideas for saving money/energy/efford from governmental operations. He says bunch of awesome ideas keeps coming every year.
I believe that we also need such action for Turkish government. I think SAVING is not optional in any subject.
